§ 2-900. Title and policy.

This article may be referred to as the Knox County Relocation Policy. The objective of the county is to assist persons who are displaced as the result of the acquisition of property by the county and in relocating to suitable replacement locations for their residences or businesses. This policy shall be administered on all local programs and projects which are not subject to other statutory requirements and regulations.
