The use of tobacco products including electronic/vapor cigarettes is prohibited inside
all county government facilities and motor vehicles. This policy applies to all buildings
and facilities owned, leased or occupied by county government and to everyone who
enters such buildings and facilities including, but not limited to, county government
employees, contractor employees and visitors. This policy also applies to vehicles
owned or leased by county government and to everyone who occupies such vehicles including,
but not limited to, county government employees, contractor employees and visitors.
This policy does not extend to specific outdoor areas designated by building managers.
