§ 2-834. Resignations.

  • Employees will give at least ten working days written notice to the hiring authority upon resignation. Failure to provide such notice shall become a part of the employee's personnel record and may constitute grounds for "no-rehire". After notice is given, the hiring authority can release the employee from the job in less than ten working days, providing all state and federal legal requirements are met.
