Equal employment opportunity shall be assured in the county personnel system and affirmative

Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, shall be prohibited. Discrimination on

constitute a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to proper and efficient
job performance. Harassment based on political affiliation, religion, race, national
