§ 2-553. Budgets to specify employee positions and salaries.

The budget of each department or agency shall set forth the numbers of employees, deputies, and assistants, and the salaries of each such employee, deputy, or assistant, by name or job title of such persons or by a salary schedule applicable to all such positions funded in such budget.
