§ 2-543. Commission chairman authorized to execute or draw warrants upon executive's death or incapacity.

  • Upon the death or incapacity of the county executive, the chairman of the commission shall be authorized to execute and draw warrants on the treasury of the county until such time as the county executive is capable of performing his duties or a new county executive is elected and sworn.
