§ 2-522. Appropriation of funds.

In order for any funds within the community improvement fund to be appropriated, the commissioner in whose account such funds are located shall move that the funds be utilized, provided that such funds are available within such commissioner's individual account. The motion to utilize the funds shall state with specificity the exact amount of the funds to be so utilized and the specific purpose for which the funds are to be used. Upon such motion by the appropriate commissioner, the commission may approve and appropriate such funds by majority vote of the commission.
