§ 2-521. Establishment.

There is hereby established and created a special fund to be maintained and supervised consistent with the terms of this division by the director of finance of the county, which fund shall be designated as the community improvement fund. Such fund shall be segregated into 19 separate accounts designated for the 19 commissioners.
