§ 2-476. Not-for-profit corporations receiving county funds to submit salary information.

All not-for-profit corporations receiving funding from the county, whether under contract or grant or otherwise, shall submit complete salary information of the chief executive and the next highest paid employee of the corporation; provided, however, that any hospital under contract with the county for the provision of health care to indigent patients shall be excluded from the provisions of this section.
