The district attorney general shall submit an annual budget request to the county
executive and the board of county commissioners for their approval as is currently
provided by law, and the board of county commissioners are hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to furnish to the district attorney general of the county such other
funding, assistance, employees, office space, equipment and supplies as the board
of commissioners may deem necessary and appropriate and to set the compensation paid
to such employees.
