§ 2-670. Professional services acquisitions.

Professional services acquisitions, as defined in Tenn. Code Ann. § 12-4-107, are not subject to the provisions of this article, and will be selected by the county mayor or in the case of legal services, by the law director. However, officials who wish to acquire these services through competitive means may do so through a request for qualifications and/or a request for information.
