§ 2-645. Reporting of suspected collusive bidding or negotiation.

(a)

Notification to the law director. When for any reason collusion is suspected among any bidders or offerors, a written notice of such suspicion shall be transmitted to the law director.

(b)

Retention of all documents. All documents involved in any procurement in which collusion is suspected shall be retained until the law director gives notice that they may be destroyed. All retained documents shall be made available to the law director or his designee upon request.
