§ 2-642. Cost reimbursement-type contracts.

No cost reimbursement contract may be made under section 2-633 or section 2-634, unless the procurement director determines in writing that such contract is likely to be less costly to the county than any other type of contract or that it is impracticable to obtain property or services of the kind or quality required except under such a contract.
