§ 2-638. Responsibility of bidders and offerors.

(a)

Determination of responsibility. The responsibility of a bidder or offeror shall be determined in accordance with regulations to be issued hereunder.

(b)

Inquiry authorized. A reasonable inquiry to determine the responsibility of a bidder or offeror may be conducted in accordance with regulations to be issued hereunder. The failure of a bidder or offeror to promptly supply information in connection with such an investigation may be grounds for a determination of non-responsibility with respect to such bidder or offeror.
