§ 2-614. Determinations.

(a)

Written determinations. Each determination or decision required by this article shall be based upon written findings of the procurement director, and shall be retained in the official procurement file.

(b)

Finality of determinations. The determinations required by this code are final and conclusive unless clearly erroneous, arbitrary, capricious or contrary to law.
