§ 2-608. Specific areas of responsibility.

The finance director shall have the following specific areas of responsibility:
(1)

Establish policy for and exercise overall supervision of the procurement director and other officials exercising procurement or property management authority pursuant to this article.

(2)

Make recommendations to the commission for changes in the Code following periodic reviews as deemed necessary or desirable to improve the procurement of supplies and services.
