§ 2-105. Administrative structure.

(a)

The administrator of the division of youth services (referred to in this subdivision as the "administrator") is hereby charged with the administration and operation of Tarleton, subject to the direction of the director of the department of community services (referred to in this subdivision as the "director").

(b)

The director is hereby empowered to approve the rules and regulations which govern the administration of Tarleton.

(c)

The administrator is hereby empowered to:

(1)

Maintain an adequate staff of Tarleton as funded by the commission; and

(2)

Draft and amend the rules and regulations which govern the administration of Tarleton, subject to the restrictions contained in this subdivision.
