There shall be established by the administrator of the division of youth services
and director of the department of community services an advisory board to provide
assistance and recommendations as to the policies and operations of Tarleton and the
division of youth services. The number of members of the advisory board, terms of
service, and their background or professional qualifications, shall be as deemed advisable
by the director, not inconsistent with the requirements of state law or regulations
applicable to Tarleton.
