The county auditor shall submit an annual budget request to the county commission
for their approval and the county commissioners are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to furnish such other funding, assistance, employees, office space, equipment
and supplies as deemed necessary and appropriate, including setting the compensation
paid to such employees.
