§ 2-3. Intentionally misleading the commission.

Any person lying to, or intentionally misleading the Knox County Commission, its committees, subcommittees or any Knox County Board or Commission authorized by county ordinance or state statute while testifying as a witness under oath shall be guilty of the offense of civil perjury. Each such offense shall be punishable by a fine of $500.00.
