§ 26-156. Variances.

(a)

Variances to the requirements of this article shall be handled by the county board of zoning appeals as defined under section 6.60 of the county zoning ordinance, titled board of zoning appeals.

(b)

The board of zoning appeals shall not approve variances that cause the county to be in violation of any state or federal NPDES permit.
