§ 26-127. Illegal dump clean-up fund.

All money collected in the form of fines pursuant to this article shall be placed in a county fund for the purpose of cleaning up illegal dump sites. When the county shall be informed of illegal dump sites and the county cannot ascertain the person responsible for the illegal dumping, the monies from the illegal dump site fund created pursuant to this section shall be utilized first for the clean-up of such illegal dump sites before any other general county funds shall be used for such purpose.
