The board shall consist of five members, recommended by the county executive and approved
by the county commission. Two members of the board shall be active professional members
of the EMS industry, but shall not be employees, officers or agents of the county's
ambulance service contractor, one member shall be a person with professional experience
in health care finance, one member shall be a member of the county commission, and
one member shall be a citizen representative who shall not be associated with the
EMS industry or have any immediate family members who are associated with the EMS
industry.
