§ 22-56. General provisions.

(a)

The purpose of this article is to regulate emergency medical services within the county as provided in title 68, chapter 140, and any other applicable law.

(b)

The director shall have authority to adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to implement this chapter.
