§ 18-231. Divisions created.

The criminal court of the third judicial circuit of Tennessee (Knox County) shall be, and the same is hereby, divided into two divisions to be known and designated as Division I and Division II of the criminal court of the third judicial circuit, hereinafter referred to as the criminal court of the county.
