§ 18-42. Removal of jury commissioners.

  • The judge or judges having the right to appoint jury commissioners, under the provisions of this article, shall have the right and authority to remove any or all of such jury commissioners for cause and upon due hearing for incompetency, failure to perform their duties as required by law, or corruption in office, or any other good and sufficient reason to such judge or judges appearing, upon giving five days' notice to such commissioners or commissioner of the time and place of taking action thereon and the grounds therefor.
