§ 18-2. Bill of costs on county ordinance violations.

Latest version.

The following bill of costs shall be assessed on all county ordinance violations:
County litigation ..... $ 16.75

Public defender ..... 12.50

County probation ..... 12.50

Sheriff ..... 17.00

Clerk's fee ..... 40.00

County judges' retirement ..... 6.00

Total costs ..... 104.75

In addition, $0.75 shall be assessed as additional court costs on all Knox County Traffic Ordinance violations, the funds raised thereby to be used exclusively to fund and support drug awareness and resistance education programs operated by the Knox County Sheriff's Department.
