§ 10-263. Location of code.

(a)

A copy of the 2018 edition of the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities, published by the International Code Council, Inc., shall be obtained and retained as a public record by the Knox County Department of Code Administration.

(b)

If any person is cited in violation of this article, a notation shall be included in such citation identifying with specificity where a copy of such code is located and the hours during which such person has the opportunity to read or inspect such code or document.
