§ 10-240. Penalties.

(a)

Violations of this division shall be punishable by a monetary penalty and forfeiture of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 per violation.

(b)

In addition to the penalty prescribed under subsection (a) of this section, the director of codes enforcement is empowered to seek injunctive relief for the purpose of bringing swimming pools into compliance with this division.
